The language is tough to get your head around and we may not be 100% right, but we pronounce Boliqueime as Boli - kem. Pronunciation aside, it is a charming and colourful Portuguese parish. Located in the municipality of Loulé it is a typical Algarvean village which dates back to the 12th century. Set in the hills, Boliqueime is a quiet, country location with some of the best views of the ocean and its golden beaches you will find.
